I’m currently a postdoctoral researcher at Inria Nancy, working on modeling and estimation of circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) dynamics for detecting resistance to targeted therapies.
My research interests are in applied mathematics and especially mathematical biology. Among plenty of other things, I’m interested in stochastic gene expression, regulatory networks underlying single-cell dynamics, cancer development and ecological processes.
